Stephanie Kronson (she/her)

“The world is changing; a business that wants to remain competitive and sustainable, will want to adapt”

Stephanie’s almost 30-year career spans advertising, film production, publishing, public relations and communications, with a special interest in equality of opportunity and social mobility.

As former Director of Communications, Content and Digital at award-winning family and child health charity, Best Beginnings, Stephanie worked collaboratively with clinical, academic and grassroots stakeholders to co-create content and maximise the opportunity to engage and empower growing families – particularly those who stood to benefit the most.

She learned to appreciate the opportunity presented by digital health to cost-effectively scale the delivery of vital information, supporting the National Health Service, and empowering parents to give their children the sort of start that would help enhance their life chances.

Stephanie has successfully applied the methods used to reduce inequalities in the third and public health sectors, to corporate environments: supporting culture change and building inclusion. Having spent the first ten years of her career producing television commercials, she understands the persuasive power of succinct film and storytelling and the importance of the role its audience plays in its creation.

The principles applied to effective advertising back in the 1990’s, apply as much today as they ever did: harnessing consumer insights to tell a story as we campaign for change; but more than that, the way we gather insights, and the relationships we build while doing so, are increasingly part of the change process itself.

Pink Jewel is about playing a part in adapting sensibilities to an evolving zeitgeist. I want to make sure that we are also in reach of smaller businesses looking to develop an inclusive and diverse culture.
