Embedded in the organisation’s internal communications team, working with diversity and inclusion stakeholders as a Diversity and Inclusion Communications specialist/lead to:
- Support the programme to build inclusion and increase diversity by designing communications to maximise engagement across all sectors of the business and in all geographies (UK, Australia and Saudi Arabia)
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business – Air, Maritime and Land, Digital Intelligence and Shared Services – to develop digital and print communication products that build inclusion and increase workforce diversity
